Igor Ristevski has seen first-hand what makes certain leaders succeed in their career and others struggle. After becoming increasingly frustrated with the state of some training programs and the poor advice leaders have received from trainers, mentors, and HR, he realized that many leaders were no better off than they were before.
Despite coming from an HR background himself, he sympathized more with the leaders who were truly adding value to the business rather than his fellow HR colleagues. Igor Ristevski decided to do his part to improve the state of leadership in the business world by listening and partnering with leaders to help them navigate the new way of doing business in the post-COVID world.
